He is Risen! He is Risen indeed!

Here are the individual recordings of each of last Holy Week's services:

  • Holy Wednesday was the first Wednesday community service hosted onsite (Siloam Baptist Church on Willow St.) since before the pandemic and as with the Thursday service we hosted (below) it was a blessing to have the community physically together. Please click here for Wednesday night video.

  • Maundy Thursday was a blessed time of collaboration with friends at Central & Bridgeport Presbyterian Churches along with many others from the Greater Norristown Area Ministerium.  The borough's new police chief was also with us and greeted the community.  Please click here for Thursday night video.

  • Sunrise Service at First Baptist of Norristown at 6:30am in the morning over 40 folks gathered together to celebrate the resurrection and watch the sun come up in worship.  First Baptist has a beautiful outdoor worship area and please consider their service again next year.  Please click here for their sunrise service video.  Note:  even though the sound cut out after 20 minutes, the visuals of this service alone bring glory to God.

From March 27 to 31, our partners the Greater Norristown Area Ministerium will be hosting in-person services both in our church and around the community.

Holy Wednesday: March 27 at 7pm at Siloam Baptist Church on Willow St

Maundy Thursday: March 28 at 7pm with Communion here in our First Pres Sanctuary

Good Friday: March 29 from Noon-3pm featuring the 7 Last Words of Christ with 7 different preachers at Macedonia Baptist Church on Hillcrest Ave

Easter sunrise: March 31 at 6:30am in outdoor chapel at First Baptist of Norristown on Burnside Ave

First Pres will celebrate our Easter Sunday service at 10:30am in the Sanctuary. He is Risen!

There will also be a Good Friday Seder at Bridgeport Presbyterian: Messiah In the Passover, a presentation by the Chosen People Ministries. This powerful visual demonstration tells not only the drama of Israel's freedom from slavery in Egypt, but also the beautiful story of redemption from the bondage of sin through the atoning work of Jesus. A full meal - free-will donation only - and Passover Seder demonstration by a member of the Chosen People Ministries giving special emphasis on the redemptive significance of the crucifixion. March 29 from 6-8pm. RSVP to either our office or Bridgeport's to reserve a spot.

We hope you are able to join us for these services and that they will be a blessing to you in your walk with Jesus.
