On June 4, we'll celebrate Trinity Sunday with the Lord's Supper. That date will also be our FINAL 10:30am service in the sanctuary for the season.

Sunday, June 11 we'll move to our Summer worship start time of 10am. We'll have outdoor worship in the courtyard that day, and the service may not be broadcast online (stay tuned). We will have a casual service just singing some well-known hymns a capella. Coffee Hour will still be held across the hall in Eastwick (service there as well in case of inclement weather) and will feature a special slideshow and presentation from Pastor Martin similar to the ones we did a few months ago on his Holy Land conference.

The other Summer services will be held at 10am in our air-conditioned Eastwick Auditorium. We hope you can join us.

Sprucing Up the Building

The Literacy Council, in tandem with Deloitte Financial Consulting Firm, is hosting a cleaning day on June 9. Employees will be at First Pres as a service project.

They expect about 50 volunteers and are working in 2 shifts (8-Noon and 1-5PM with lunch in Eastwick from Noon-1PM provided by Literacy). Tasks include: painting, general cleanup in various rooms, and litter pickup outside.

Our congregation is welcome to join them and in particular we want to hear from you if something needs attention. Please talk to Cindy if interested in helping or providing feedback.
